What happens when you go out to dinner dressed like a tennis ball?
You get served right away!
Pun-derful
Did You Know?
"Served" means both receiving food at restaurants and hitting tennis balls! Tennis balls are bright yellow (officially called "optic yellow") to make them easier to see on TV broadcasts. Modern tennis balls are made of rubber covered with felt. A tennis ball can travel over 150 mph during professional serves. The fuzzy felt covering helps the ball grip the racket strings and slows air resistance. Tennis originated in 12th century France as a handball game before rackets were invented!
