What do you call a child who refuses to nap?
Guilty of resisting a rest!
Pun-derful
Did You Know?
Toddlers fight naps because of a developmental phenomenon called FOMO (fear of missing out). Between ages 2-3, their brains are so stimulated by learning and play that sleep feels like punishment. Ironically, skipping naps actually makes kids crankier and less able to learn.
