Why didn't the music note do well in school?
It couldn't stay on key.
😂
Pun-derful
Did You Know?
"On key" means both singing in tune musically and focusing on the main point academically — so our note failed at both! Musical keys are actually named after the first seven letters of the alphabet (A through G), a system standardized in the 11th century by Italian music theorist Guido of Arezzo. Interestingly, absolute pitch (perfect pitch) — the ability to identify or recreate a musical note without a reference tone — is possessed by only about 1 in 10,000 people.
