"Wound up" means both being wrapped in bandages and being stressed or angry! Ancient Egyptians used hundreds of yards of linen to wrap mummies. The mummification process could take up to 70 days. The oldest known mummy is over 5,000 years old! Egyptians mummified not just humans but also cats, dogs, crocodiles, and even bulls!
